We love what we do, and you will love it too!
This little mom and pop shop is great. Stella and her (I'm assuming) husband were so polite and helpful after I put in an order for 10. Upon getting to their restaurant they helped me identify what was what, and welcomed me back again soon.

I've been coming to Mangi con Amore for several years now for my favorite salad (Gourmet salad), ravioli and lasagne. This place is a little gem hidden in Laguna hills! I love the warm and inviting atmosphere that Stella and Vittorio have created. Recently I asked Stella to cater my son's birthday party and she did an outstanding job! I have never received so many compliments. She made the lasagne bologese, meatballs, veggie lasagne, gourmet salad (of course!), pasta salad and the Italian bruschetta. Stella always uses organic and fresh ingredients. Everything was so delicious that you really get a sense for the love she puts into her cooking! I will definitely be asking her to cater more events for me in the future. Can't wait to go back for some gourmet salad again this week:)

This place is AMAZING! It's the mom & pop place we all crave. Walk in and it's like stepping into a cafe in a small town in Italy where they are warmly greeting you the minute you step in the door and make sure you don't leave hungry. You'll be planning your next visit before you leave. It's truly a hidden gem. The food (get the pesto!) and the people (you'll LOVE Stella!!!) make this place your new favorite go-to place.

Vittorio and Stella are the neighbors you need to know if you enjoy good Italian food. Authentic is too simple a word to describe the tastes of Stella's kitchen.
We came for lunch, who knew the place was far up on a hill in a not so exciting business strip mall. Once you step inside though, who cares. It's a charming little place; a few tables, some wall decor, a book case of nicknacks and a deli case of homemade packaged foods. Behind the counter is Vittorio, a big smile and friendly accent welcoming you in for a meal. Stella is busy running around fixing the place up and making everything just right.
My husband, two year old and I all had a delicious meal. My two year old and I shared the lasagna bolognese while my husband had their homemade sausage and peppers sandwich. To start while we waited, Vittorio brought us some bruscetta with Italian green sauce, feta cheese and sun-dried tomato. Mmm homemade bread! I was happy to hear you could buy both the sauce and the cheese.
Then came out our main dishes, on styrofoam plates like others had mentioned. I wished for beautifully decorated Italian plates, but Vittorio said they don't like doing dishes. :) My little picky two year old ate the lasagna with no issues. If your looking for hamburger meat in a red sauce as your version of bolognese...then don't eat here. The taste of Stella's sauce is so simple and so delicate, you have to have a good palate to appreciate the fresh ingredients and how they are married to perfection. My husband said his sausage sandwich, he couldn't describe...all he said was it's not of this world. I stole some peppers and onions from his sandwich...perfection.
The experience was as delightful as the food, we walked out with a tiramisu for home and Italian accents as we said gratzi and ciao.

I've been frequenting Mangi Con Amore at least once a week for over a year now and they have not once failed to disappoint me.

The food at Mangi Con Amore is true authentic Italian food that you don't expect prior to walking through the doors of this cozy little Italian deli located in an industrial complex in Laguna Hills. The food prepared by this cute couple Vittorio and Stella would blow you away if you were eating it out of a paper sack sitting outside on the curb. That's the point, their food stands on its own in a big way.
